You can fast anytime of the year, chocolate can definitely be an idol. Yesss, start now, I am fighting pre- diabetes right now, I definitely ate too many chocolate almonds. I have been exercising everyday but Tuesday and Saturday, I believe it is also connected to menopause. My doctor advised me to watch my carbs, and keep exercising, I have also eaten less fried foods, and other carbs. I try to take months off, at a time. I gave up eating regular chocolate in March, I have eaten 100 dark chocolate, and I just discovered a new type of chocolate without regular chocolate.

Don’t forget to read God’s word to your little ones.

I usually shop on Thursday,We read at worship services on the Sabbath, and Sunday, I usually read before exercising.

Another Father’s Day gift would be some Arts and Crafts done by the boys. We use to exchange gifts for Mothers and Father’s Day, but as our 5 children( now 33, 30, 28, 19, 19) got older, we decided to let them give us gifts if they choose to. We are their parents, not one another parents. No pressure, it actually saves us money. No pressure, just commenting. We exchange birthday gifts in April, we both have birthdays in April ( 5&30)

The Roman Catholic Church enforced the 1st day of the week as a Worship Day , in order to go against the Jewish Community. ( Israel, God’s chosen people). Jesus and His disciples also observed God’s Holy Days, and if we are God’s children we should also be observing them as well. (. Passover, The Days of Unleavened Bread, Pentecost,Feast of Trumpets, Day of Atonement, Feast of Tabernacles, The Eight Day ). God doesn’t want us observing pagan celebrations ( Xmas, Ishtar, Halloween, st. Patrick, New Year’s, valentines) I’m glad yall are eating beef bacon, Gods word speaks against eating unclean foods ( pork, crab, shrimp, lobster, octopus).
